From Niš With Flow: My Full FLOWconf 2025 Recap

Two days. Nine speakers. Countless ideas. And one city that, for a weekend, felt like the center of the Webflow universe.

FLOWconf 2025 brought together 300+ designers, developers, marketers, and founders from all over the world to the National Theatre in Niš on June 13–14. Whether it was your first time at a Webflow event or you’d flown across continents for it, the energy was the same — everyone was there to learn, connect, and be inspired.

Day 1 – June 13: Main Conference Day

The first day was the big stage day. The FLOWconf team welcomed us with an opening session that immediately set the mood: this wasn’t going to be a stiff corporate conference. It was creative, open, and packed with practical takeaways.

  • Mason PoeSelling is Helping: Sales as authentic problem-solving.
  • Ran SegallDesigning Through AI Disruption: Adapting from Flash to no-code to AI.
  • Guy YalifInside the CMO Mindset: What marketing leaders want and how Webflow delivers.
  • Filip GeschwandtnerFrom Chaos to Control: Scaling fintech growth with Webflow design systems.
  • Sïmon SanebackGhost Marketing: Reaching audiences who avoid traditional marketing.
  • Julian GalluzzoFrom Developer to App Developer: Turning Webflow builds into monetizable apps.
  • Sara Stojmenović & Miša VučkovićHow Not to Mess Up Your Website: Aligning design, strategy, and goals.
  • Žiga FajfarValidating Ideas with Webflow Apps: Launching and testing faster without code.

We wrapped up Day 1 with closing remarks and a big group photo, capturing that “we’re all in this together” energy.

Impressions & Afterparty

If the talks gave us the ideas, the evening gave us the connections. A lively local venue in Niš became the meeting point for everyone to swap stories, share projects, and, let’s be honest, geek out over Webflow tricks.

For me, this was the highlight:

  • I met Ran Segall in person and showed him my Huly-inspired Webflow cloneable. He loved it — so much so that he later shared it on his official social media profiles.
  • I connected with Julian Galluzzo, who would later feature that same project in a "WF Weekly" YouTube video.

Day 2 – June 14: Networking & Deep Dives

Day 2 was smaller in scale but richer in interaction. Instead of sitting in rows, we were hands-on — exploring advanced Webflow workflows, discussing AI’s role in design, and getting personal feedback from some of the Day 1 speakers.

Highlights included:

  • Practical Webflow sessions where attendees built, tweaked, and launched mini-projects with live guidance.
  • Close chats with agency founders about pricing, scaling, and keeping creativity alive under client pressure.
  • Open networking zones where you could pull up a laptop, show your work, and get instant feedback from pros and peers.

The day closed with an informal wrap-up in the city center — no stage, no slides, just new friends and shared plans for collaborations.

Final Thoughts

FLOWconf 2025 wasn’t just about Webflow. It was about the community that builds with it. The ideas, the validation, the chance encounters — they all reminded me why I switched careers and why I love what I do.

If you’re in the Webflow world, make the trip next year. You’ll leave with more than skills — you’ll leave with stories, partnerships, and a creative spark that lasts long after the stage lights fade.
